S C A T T E R- //- P R I S M A T I C- G U A R D Personality - - - Scatter is a rather hotheaded dragon- quick to start fights and even quicker to end them through means scathing words and in the past, talons. He’s lived a long life on his own, and it’s not easy for him to retire his biting remarks or his defensive attacks, even in the safety of his clans lair. He’s often overtaken by his anger, whether it’s his own clan member, a beastclan creature, or just a stray leaf that’s rustling just a tad too much. This isn’t to say he’s a cruel dragon by any means- he’s devastated by his own outbursts when it affects those he knows doesn’t deserve it. He’s quick to apologize to whoever it is he hurt, even if he’s not the best at it. Words don’t come easy to him, after living on his own for so long. He’ll find them something he knows they’d like, help out with their duties, or just quietly hang around and spend time with them until he thinks through the correct words. - - - When he’s not irritable, he’s actually a rather sweet wildclaw. He’s grumpy and sarcastic, no doubt, but those close to him get to see his soft side. Leaving flowers for his mate, Redwood, or quietly offering Begonia time off as he watches over the hatchlings she teaches, letting them climb around and on top of him, chirping excitedly about their newest lessons as he keeps a careful eye on them all with a soft smile. Redwood was the one who brought out his soft side no doubt, and he’s the one to calm Scatter when someone angers him and Redwood can see him growing irritable like he’s going to do something he might regret. Scatter is forever grateful for him and all he’s done, and he’s fiercely protective of his entire clan (though Redwood will always be his top priority). Eventually redwood changes his mind by letting him meet some friendly formally beastclan familiars. Never fully trusts them but will give them the benefit of the doubt and begrudgingly accepts them though always suspicious and ready to attack if necessary
