When Mystiko entered the clan with Waernyth she followed the familiar voice she had known since she was just staring out on land. Coming upon this group that were in a den she saw her long time friend Divinos telling a story to the young dragons. She felt joy in the thought that she would soon speak with her again. Mystiko saw Divinos pause for a second looking at her and Waernyth she could always sense them near her. As she listen when Divinos continued she realized it was the story of the Skydancer and the journey they had. And when she finished a young guardian wanted to hear of battle. She then listened as the dragon next to her began to recount his own story in a round about way, perking up when he mentioned what she had been called in the past. As the story ended she felt a bit more excited maybe one would ask of her story as well... maybe find some information out before she did. Her prayers seemed to of been answered when Waernyth finished his story.
"What about the dragon of the deepest waters and where are they now?" She asked looking back and forth between Waernyth and Divinos. This time the purple and dark winged Pearlcatcher spoke. "If you share a few secrets I may tell you the story of the deepest waters." said Mystiko eagerly as she held her pearl eyes glistening at the idea of some new secrets looking at the spiral hatchling. The young hatchling seemed to think but then shook her head to the Pearlcatcher who looked slightly defeated afterwords. Divinos having dealt with this Pearlcatcher for many years motions to her to come forward to her. Mystiko looked at her and then looked ecstatic she leaping gracefully over and around those who had sat before the skydancer not touching one of them. Now this was Mystiko's favorite dragon to to hear secrets from and who knows what other secrets she had to tell from traveling away. She happily leaned a ear in as the skydancer spoke lowly. "I hear that if you ask the one called Quill that he will lead you to find a Tengu Caller." Divinos whispered. Mystiko pulled out the book at her side and wrote this down, it was a thing she would test later as she always wanted this familiar. She then looked out to the hatchlings after scribbling it down and spoke. "It seems you have got yourself a story young ones." She said before taking a spot next to Divinos on the many pillows and pulling out her pearl taking it in paw and looking into the structure of it. "The one of the deepest waters was hatched in the Leviathan Trench the deepest part of the world. She was surrounded guardians the dragons that could easily protect a clan in this place and coatl who could hymn any prey close enough for capture. It was good living for such a harsh place. As the dragon of the deep grew older, she had become board of the watery depths and researched on what was on the surface. Despise the water filled world she always knew, traveling was in her blood. She then began to swim to the surface and the only one who could stop her was the Tidelord himself. She swam and swam meeting others with goals to leave and other traveling into the waters happily trading information with the ones who were coming in from land. She wished to know as much as she could before meeting the land. The day approached and she walked upon the sandy beach in the land of shadow. She then worked as information was not the only currency of the world but it did help her find jobs. The dragon of the deep was hired to help gather information in a war between clans she was paired with the dragon of the darkest days and the greenest jungles. They were an amazing team and worked together beautifully. For the longest time though the dragon of the deepest waters knew that the one of the jungles wished to stop after the things she saw and things she did. " She paused looking away from the pearl thinking a bit. "Well then you know she leaves and the other two go to eventually find her. It's already been said twice." Mystiko said looking to the hatchlings. "Where they are now is in a clan in the Viridian Labyrinth trying to retire to the ways of clan dragons. What clan is unknown. What place is a mystery. The life they live now is magic to them. You wish to find them just ask the ones who tell the stories of them in this manor but there must be good reason as even living the life of clan dragon. They will never forget the life they lived before who knows you may become a target." Her eyes glistened with a light smirk giving the warning that was given to many. As the story came to a final end the dragons and hatchlings that have gathered dispersed to their own dens as it was getting late. The guardian, skydancer and pearlcatcher left last, Divinos bid the dragons of the den a good night. Divinos looked to her long time traveling companions with a light smile. "You kept your promises." She said looking at them. "we knew you could handle yourself." Waernyth commented looking at her. "Shush I know you missed her as much as I did." Mystiko said bumping into the guardian before looking to Divinos. "You know we wouldn't miss being with our friend for the world." She then said leaving them to chuckle lightly as they went to the den Divinos had in the new clan to catch up with each other. |
