Iliad | Bard
| Hiraeth | Music can change the world because it can change people. - Bono Iliad is a traveling bard who likes to visit Hiraeth (Apollo, much to the anger of his brethren, initially introduced her to the place) and spend time with her ex-boyfriend-but-still-friend. When she's not singing or hanging out, she's writing music or preparing to perform in small desert villages in Dragonhome, Sornieth. She's a lover of attention but has the decency to put on a face of humility. While a middle-aged dragon, Iliad has the spirit of a youngster. Despite her spotlight-loving nature, she's very kind and benevolent. More than once has she taken young dragons under her wing and helped towards their path in life. Although Iliad has long since left her birth family behind, she has friends far across Dragonhome. She likes to go visit them and many of her pieces are composed with specific friends in mind. Description
Iliad is chunky but it suits her. Her wings glitter like stained glass, thin but sturdy and more for display than anything. Her eyes are a cheerful golden, magnified by the spectacles balanced upon her snout, and she has a dazzling, toothy smile that she offers her fans at the end of every performance.
Iliad's once-trim clothes are now worn and frayed at the ends but, as she claims, they're very comfortable.
Job Description
Iliad is a bard who travels the lands of Dragonhome and plays for anyone who will listen. She occasionally visits other regions but, seeing as she can't fly, it's hard for her to find transport. She composes her own music, often written and performed in a low tenor, and sometimes plays duets with other musicians.
Her songs are deep and meaningful, telling tales of valor both old and new.
Den
A traveler by nature, Iliad has no true home. She does have a nice room in Apollo's temple in Hiraeth, however.

Relationships

Apollo and Iliad were once in love before the Snapper found out that the sweet way he treated her was the way he treated every attractive dragoness he came across, and her jealousy couldn't look past it. They've long since broken up, but they're still friends, and enjoy playing music together. |

Butterfingers is a chubby little 'gator who loves eating, sleeping, and listening to his Keeper's tunes. He doesn't do much, but he provides Iliad company in her journeys and can often be found curling up in the smooth space between the Snapper's wings. |
