Matatiele

A Coatl jumps and leaps and skitters nimbly across the rocks and expanses in the Cairnstone Rest. She is small and clearly agile, her wings held against her back, scrawny and somewhat atrophied. She never flies. She doesn't need to. Her hide blends in well with her environment and even her markings seem to mimic the surrounding stones. She snatches up small lizards, unaware or uncaring of the irony of such a diet. Though small, she is constantly searching and snapping up little critters in order to provide her with the energy to compete with larger dragons. Escaping is her specialty. She could never stand up to other dragons with her small stature but she makes up for it with her speed and agility.
Her tongue flicks out and she tastes the air before she slips away among the rocks and is gone.
