The Caretaker
A Skydancer attuned to Nature who has dedicated her life to protecting her home in the glade.

Background
The Caretaker was born to a Skydancer couple living within a nature flight of mixed species, much closer to the edges of the territory. She grew up alongside her siblings, who unlike herself were looking forward to their eventual service to the Gladekeeper. Children were raised with this in mind, and very few remained to continue their legacy. She would later learn this was unusual for her Flight, as the militaristic style did not fit.
The Caretaker, due to being the only one of her siblings to not want to leave, was allowed to remain and train for a role within the Lair. She ultimately took interest in the growth of plants and healing. She became adept at doing so, as well as learning to properly sense the intent of others.
Her Lair was decimated my plague invaders, and she escaped alone into the depths of the forests. She returned later, only to find herself alone. She remained in the ruins of her former home, rebuilding and taking care of the damaged life. She made it her life's choice to defend her home and care for the plants and fauna there, which attracted her companion Familiar, a nature spirit taking the form of a Deer.
While she has become pretty isolated and introverted, she has allowed those she deems trustworthy to share her den and live within her home in exchange for their help in protecting it. Any who do not meet her criteria are sent packing, but those who stay she typically tolerates.

Personality
The Caretaker spends her time mostly around plants, preferring their company than that of other dragons. The exception to this is Briar. She always wears as many plants as she can, draped around her and keeps them alive with her magic even throughout the winter, though she doesn't force flowers to stay in bloom.
She prefers solitude, but doesn't mind company of others occasionally. She is quiet and prefers listening, but can often be found quietly speaking to various plants.
The Caretaker does not tolerate violence save in defense, and will not take kindly to aggression towards those in her Lair whether from within or outside of it.
Those who do get through her silent guard will find her to be soft spoken and caring, and a very protective family member or mate depending on the relation.
She prefers solitude, but doesn't mind company of others occasionally. She is quiet and prefers listening, but can often be found quietly speaking to various plants.
