Very proud and sometimes a bit too showy, Tavvi likes to be classy and make other dragons shine with beautiful outfits. The Shade has tainted her mind and body, so she is unstable, and sometimes has relaspses of insanity, in which case only Kaguya can drag her back into the Light. Her appearance is forever altered by her traumatic experiences, but she doesn't mind, and did her best to use he shadows marking her skin in her outfit.
She talks in a high-pitched voice, a bit pompous.

Lore:
She was old and tired, and the Shade clung to her like old spiderwebs... It is in the Shadows that she found her Light.
Tevvi arrived in the Cult an outcast, the Shade plaguing her and making her insane. She had run from her old Clan after they deemed her too dangerous for them, and had chosen to stay away from dragons, as much as her limited clarity allowed her. She quite literally crashed into the Clan, bursting through the outter shell of the pocket dimension, and was quickly and efficiently apprehended by Tsagaglalal.
She was then purged of most of the Shade by Kaguya's gentle light, though some shadows still cling to her skin. Now she's a fashion adviser, using her years of experience to design outfis for her new denmates.
