One of the advisors of the Court of Wings, and responsible for managing the clan's explorers, ambassadors, and messengers. She works tirelessly to ensure the clan's diplomatic relations go well, and mapping out the results of any exploration missions they're sent on.

Born shortly after Tristam and Cupra became mates, Harpy has been enthralled with navigation and cartography from a young age, frequently exploring the then-small clan territory and mapping out what she found late into the night, much to her parents' displeasure. When she grew into a young adult, Ace offered her the option to become the clan's cartographer, which she excitedly accepted. After a wounded Danseur and Fraise joined the clan, she found herself quickly falling in love with the former, and their romance blossomed soon after. She and Danseur had several nests of children together, and their family nestled comfortably into various roles in the clan.

Now older and more stern, Harpy has grown in responsibility from her youth, but works hard to ensure a good future for her family and clan. If one approaches the dens of the Court of Wings, a faint jingling will betray the location of this tireless dragon as she rushes to plan the next diplomatic mission or exploration patrol route.
