Cosmos is a scientist, and the subject of his research is the World. His strongest delight is to watch it and its inhabitants changing and interacting, and his goal is to witness all the changes at first-hand. He is never helping those in need or danger, avoids social contact himself and is seen as moody and evil dragon, while actually he is absolutely not. He supposes it is wrong to interfere with anything in order to preserve the processess in their natural state. Like a chemist, he watches society boiling and exploding, calming down and igniting once again - for him, the bigger the chaos is, the happier he feels - not because others get hurt or rejected, but because he gets to observe all the changes by himself, to analyse and to reseach them.
He goes straight for what he considers right, ignoring all the rules and limitations, only caring for his researches, nothing more. He would not notice if his pride or name are tainted by his own deeds - if that happens, it would never sway or even impress him somehow. Mainly emotionless and stern, he emits intimidating aura which scares off everyone aside Lady, as she only cares for her own desires. Cosmos is not interested in any kind of relationship, however, the way Lady behaves and the chaos she stirs attracts him in scientific way.
