Fiebertraum is a psychic who prefers to go by "Phoebe." Despite their intimidating appearance, Phoebe is a lovely dragon, albeit one who can be unaware of the impression they give and is sometimes insensitive to the feelings of others. Adores over-the-top aesthetics.

Phoebe's home is a sprawling complex of platforms and airy buildings situated over several ponds which may at one point have been clean, but have become scummy due to Phoebe's negligence. Spanning the ponds are bridges connecting the walkways to each other. Phoebe spends much of their days working on art when not attending to clients. Their artwork–mostly paintings–have not only become common in Clan Agnidoom, but have even become increasingly demanded in the outside world as Phoebe's fame as an artist grows.

While Phoebe draws many potential suitors of all genders from near and far, Phoebe seems to take joy in keeping quiet about any dragons they may acquaint themselves with, leading to mass speculation.

Because Phoebe does not know Common Draconic, several dragons who seek them out come to be stumped if they actually get close enough to speak to Phoebe in person.

A rumor has spread that Phoebe can contact the imprisoned Godless One himself. They keep quiet about whether they actually can or not.
