  The spiral bounds from window to window, scattering letters and parchment in a grand display of organized chaos. Her magic ensures each one will land where it should, freeing her to chirp and chat with every dragon around.She flits as freely as a summer breeze, the widest grin across her face.
Cyril is known for her boundless energy, that seems remarkable even for a wind dragon. She can't sit still for more than a few minutes at the time, and often makes situations for herself to have something to do. Her job as a mail carrier is a natural fit for her boundless energy. She can be rather fickle at times, but her job never seems to grow old for her.

  Cyril was not raised by her birth parents- rather, she was adopted into a rather well-respected clan in the Tidelands. It was obvious that she never quite fit in- she never liked getting her scales wet, and was much more at home on the rocky outhangs of the island. Even so, she was friends with just about every member of the clan. She loved hearing stories- especially the ones from her birthland.
