It was a warm and still day, and Windsinger brought a sweet cooling breeze with him, and out of that breeze popped a few lovely green dragons with evidence of that breeze on their hides. Not all Breezes were alike, of course. A few reflected the clear sky on the day of their creation with hints of blue, and others sparkled like the sunlight had on that day. These gentle winds created the Winter variant of the Breeze subspecies. Winter Breezes are icy colored, and shimmer like snow or reflect like smooth ice on the surface of a lake. The breezy pattern on their scales is usually quite pale. And he always leaves refreshing gusts in his wake. On a visit to the Tidelord, he delightedly did flips and twirls in the air, and from the patterns of air he created above the Sea of a Thousand Currents coalesced more dragons with the mark of his wind. The ocean variant of Breezes were born. The ocean variant tends to be in shades of blues, with some greens and the occasional purple. Some shimmer and some sparkle like the water in the sun. There are several different ways to get your own Breeze dragon!

You can:

• buy dragons that fit the Breed Standards off the AH or from other hatcheries and request to have them registered.
• gene up properly colored dragons, if you’re into that!
• make a ridiculously convoluted breeding project to breed the exact Breeze you want! Those are always fun to do! Or are they?

8/15/2018 - after an incredible amount of thought, my breed and gene standards for this subspecies will be expanding a TON. the only constant will be smoke, and the "ideal" genes will basically be the original base standards.
7/3/2018 - due to quill being the Father of the subspecies (he's the main reason i created it!), and due to my... problem with wildclaws, i've decided to add wildclaws to the breed standards. frankly, i'm tempted to open it up to all breeds! i'll update if that happens LOL.
1/21/2018 - added new primary/secondary gene variants: wasp/bee. added new subspecies hatchling cards.
4/14/2017 - added new primary/secondary gene variants: metallic/alloy. no current other tertiary is considered breeze standard.
