As usual for her kind, Cheshire is highly hyperactive. Maybe even a bit more as the common spiral. It's nearly impossible for her to stand still, and even harder to stay silent. Maybe that's the reason she's a good complement to her mate Toby, who doesn't talks if he doesn't have to and isn't able to feel. While Tobys feelings toward Cheshire is more some kind of tolerance, the spirals love for the pearlcatcher is enourmous. She's clingy and needs lots of physical contact. Cheshi talks to him about everything, and if i say everything, i mean everything. Maybe it's impossible for her to think in her head. If she's not sharing her thoughts with Toby or her familiar, the Parasitic Fungus NAME, she talks to herself. When Cheshi started to work as Tobys assistant, medicine was a foreign word to her. He had to teach her everything, but gladly Cheshire is a fast learner and motivated student. She loves picking up or collecting items for Toby, and she even loves it more when he joins her on her search. When they're not working, Cheshire is 24/7 around Toby. He usually carries her around, curled around his neck and talking to him. She also really loves his pearl. The shiny object is as beautiful as her mate himself, in Cheshires opinion. In the beginning she started to cover the pearl in colorful things, trying to paint on it to make it even more beautiful, but when she noticed that Toby didn't like it, she stopped. Nowadays she just polishs it, stares at her own reflection or tries to put it in the best spotlight to make it shine. The pearl just simply fascinates Cheshire on many levels. When Toby is adding new memories and experiences to it, she always asks what exactly he's adding and Toby often shares. There aren't secrets between them, and even though Tobys words can be really hurtful sometimes, Cheshire still loves him and couldn't imagine a life without him. Different as other dragons she's also not creeped out by the way Toby adds the memories. Cheshire is well known for her hyperactivity, but also for her work as assistant. It's her who comforts the patients and tries to make it as painless as possible. Even though she knows it's better when there aren't any dragons who need their help, Cheshire can't help herself but get excited whenever they have a guest. The ill dragon usually gets overloaded with care by her, which isn't always good for them. Toby has to drag Cheshire away to let the poor one rest at least a bit. Even though she's more of a talker than a listener, she still tries to listens to the patients worries, and even tries to give advice sometimes. In the end, Cheshire just wants to help. |
