Honorable Queen of the Skies

A Queen With A Melancholy Heart

Angelica is a calm and just Queen who works for the will of her people. All of her time and energy is spent in daily dealings with the sky kingdom in any way, whether it be major developments in the way of literature or history recording, to even the simplest of debates on pricing goods. No issue is too small for her discernment, and oftentimes, it is her word that aids dragons on a domestic level.

She loves her mate, Sina, dearly, and treasures every moment with him, ever since their joining many centuries ago. She fought alongside him in the Great War, and she admired his prowess and skill in magic. She considers herself very lucky to have his hand in love, as she knows just how strict he can be towards certain dragons.

Her Sacrdite affliction is not mentioned by any servants or members of the kingdom. Only her most trusted Adviser and Magical iInstructor, Gracidae, gives her the needed dosage of crystal every few days. It may be a point of shame for most dragons, but Angelica sees it as a mark of her survival.

  • Angelica is aware of her mate's dislike of Sacridite and any outside performance booster for dragons, and is usually there to reign in his ferocity when faced with difficult decisions regarding starved addicts and those who are close to being gone. She has to remind him that many of his own army are afflicted, and if he shows mercy to them as well as herself, then he should show it to others.
  • She adores flowers, and maintains a magically-aided large garden out in the main area of the city, ensuring that every dragon in the sky can come and admire the delicate bursts of color they left behind on the land. Her very presence seems to always have a drift of petals around her, and a faint smell of vanilla will waft your way if she is near.
  • The consequences of Sacridite were not yet known to dragons during the War, which entailed many, many dragons to consume it to gain its magical boosts. Angelica was not immune to its addicting effects, and felt the sting of her decision long after the dragon's loss in the War. Although her remaining time has now shortened considerably, she does not regret it in the least, as without it, she would not have saved the dragons by her side, and most likely would not have survived as long as she did.
