Trinity - Guard

⋖↞╾══════════╾ ✦✦✦ ╾══════════╾⋘

"A cursed sentinel. She's watches, eyes shimmering behind a gilded cage."

✦ ✦ ✦ ✦ ✦

A curious dragon by fault, Trinity is one of the lair gods and seemingly at ends with her current fate.

Once a vibrant explorer, she spent her days excavating ancient tombs and discovering societies long since past. But like many unfortunate treasure hunters, she happened upon a cursed ruin, finding those inside it turned to stone, forever rooted to a dusty grave. In haste she left the hallowed ground only to find herself growing gilded veins across her scales that painfully struck her frozen, leaving her at the mercy of the territory where she stood.

Years later her immobile body was found by Viral's exploration party, thinking her to be an interesting statue for decoration. Taking her back to the lair, she was displayed at the entrance, something Andale took interesting note of. The statue was far too detailed, even for a master sculptor and to Trinity's fortune, Andale suspected a curse which he readily lifted... partially.

Though now free, Trinity is relegated to the night where she may move around freely but as soon as dawn rises, she resumes her statuesque posture. Seeing her options limited, she remains in the lair, protecting it from evening terrors. Her nature has since lost it's excitable spark but she's quite humbled, a loyal protector to the lair that in turn shelters her fragile form. She shares her glimmering spirit with Amun, her valiant partner and protector. On their nightly strolls, Amun fills her in on the hustle and bustle of the day~
