Fabian is who taught Foundrian to read Draconic, instilling a love of reading in him that is difficult to match. Before he left his homeclan in search of adventure, many long evenings were spent in his father's study, reading the night away.

Deadtooth is the dragon that trained him the workings of the ship; how to sneak and thieve without being caught; and to fight back when another dragon was after him. Although he didn't take after her personality, it is she that he gets his unshakable confidence from.

Lore

While not necessarily a rogue, Foundrian doesn't always follow the rules of the clans he visits. Typically avoiding contact with other dragons, the male spends his time in the Southern Icefields. The journal he carries with him was a gift from his father, and he uses it to document the various creatures and natural formations he finds there. Were one to borrow it (not a recommended request, as it is a sentimental accessory, and reminds him of home) they would find it littered with notes and drawings about behaviors of the things he's witnessed during his travels.
