Envy lived peacefully in the Shatteredplains, loved by his family and truly happy with his life. Until one day his family was ripped from his grasp, stolen away and forced to live under the eye of the Windsinger. Envy was understandably upset trying his hardest to unsuccessfully reunite with the parents. Feeling this pain he kept the memory fresh on his mind, training himself day and night to become a strong warrior to make sure nothing like this would ever happen again. Although he can't help everyone as he would hope. Feeling begrudged he left the place he once called home in search of a purpose. That is when he came across the Viridian Labyrinth, a place of true beauty. Gorgeous trees miles tall surrounded by breath taking foliage fresh water springs and blooming flowers. It is here he met with a large dragon, she blended in with the trees flawlessly, she shared her name to be Gladekeeper, and amazingly she was impressed by the knowledge that Envy has accumulated over the years of travel. Envy accepted her generous offer and began his new life living under the canopy of trees that adorned this new land. Although he thought his strength unmatched he came upon multiple Venomous Toridae in the midst of attacking a injured and fleeing hatchling. Inclined to act Envy rushed forward protecting the hatchling with his sturdy body but not before being stung multiple times by the Toridae, usually he would be able to shake off their venom but the overwhelming amount of stings proved him wrong. With meek squeaks and panicked gasps the hatchling fled in fear, leaving Envy drifting in and out of consciousness under the large tree known as the Behemoth. Some unknown amount of time later he awoke to tugs and prodding, he opened his tired eyes to see a stunning Skydancer looking worriedly at him. Eyeing her suspiciously he growled “What do you want?” to which he got a kind and calm “I am here to help you.” Envy rolled his eyes and sighed exasperated “I don't need your help.” he grumbled attempting to stand “I've given you an adequate antidote to stay the effects of the poison. It will not last.” she warned “Again I don't need your help.” he snapped “You saved the life of one of my seedlings. I will help you whether you accept my help or not.” she said kindly but with a bit of sternness in her voice “I am Enchanted Willow. May I have your name?” she asked and he shrugged her off ignoring her question “Please. Do not make this so hard.” she asked “Your name please?” she asked again “Envy.” he gruffed “I an't going with you Missy. Leave me here.” he demanded, she gave him a serene expression before forcing him to his feet. Struggling to do so she was able to drag him back to her clan. Long after his wounds healed and the venom pacified he was left alone to recover. So he would of liked. The small hatchling he saved would seldom visit him, never saying a word just popping in stealing glances before quickly fleeing. Against his wishes Enchanted Willow would also visit him, keeping him company and helping to speed his recovery along. She nearly never got a word from him, let alone a thank you for saving his life. Once he was able to fully recover Envy had the complete intention of leaving the clan to return to his solitary existence, seemingly Enchanted Willow had other plans, the day he recovered she accompanied him on a short walk, showing him the beauty he has long overlooked. Opening his eyes to the wondrous vegetation and streams, for the first time in a long time he felt serene. That day forward the two spent time together, whether it be Envy sitting in the background as Enchanted Willow took care of the seedlings, vanquishing encroaching foes or talking peaceful walks about the Behemoth tree. It was clear Envy was falling for her. One day he worked up the courage to admit it to her. Taking her down a field of thriving flowers until they arrived at the massive tree this land is known for. Sitting under the starry sky he told her, to his amazement she agreed, the two have become inseparable never wanting to leave each others side, swearing never to do so. Although they were happy many of Enchanted Willow's clansmen did not agree, they out right opposed this relationship, Enchanted Willow and Envy cared not. For their love was true. They stayed together holding their heads high until the others accepted them. Envy doesn't tend to get along with the Wildclaw Thomas, he feels as if Thomas is too close Enchanted Willow, he distrusts him alone with her and often gets upset and angry when they are.

As a guard and warrior Envy protects this clan, keeping all safe and fending off encroaching enemies. He is valiant and graceful in this skill, slaying threats as if nothing. He is often found walking to borders of his clan along side his mate. Making sure nothing will harm his home.
