Quitu

Quitu is an enigma, not in that nobody knows where he comes from or just why he is present, but that his story changes every time he tells it, and nobody can seem all too cognizant of the fact that these tales don't match up. Gifted with a voice of silk and a near-hypnotic color pattern, Quitu excels at lulling the unaware and bending others to his will through the power of hypnotic suggestion. There are the select few who live at their own tempo and are largely immune to his gift, though these souls are somewhat few and far between. He is horrendously manipulative, and he can bend even Lorieth's ear, granting him a frightening level of potential power.
