The Watcher

One would expect a Guardian whose Charge is the Tempest Spire to have been hatched in the Shifting Expanse, but no, Tabian came from the Lightweaver's territory. Here he remains, however, ever-watchful, ever vigilant. He collects lore on the Spire, does whatever small tasks he may to help Jezira repair bits and bobs of it, and if any marauding Beast-clan or wildlife makes threats, they have him to contend with.
