Jonah

Jonah is an unique dragon. He doesn't fit the pearl catcher stereotype. He HATES gossip. Please don't stop by to dish dirt, he'll tell you he is really to busy to chat.

Jonah and Ayar are partners. (No breeding for him) Jonah loves books and animals. He nicknamed his umbra wolf familiar Honey, it's real name is Yevaud. He likes to visit the other animals in the bestiary. He has been known to sneak the gale wolf home too. Quixote pretends he doesn't notice. If he could have more than one familiar all the time he would happily adopt a few more. Jonah is the lairs librarian. He takes being the caretaker of the lairs library very seriously. He is good-natured and well liked by other members of the lair. While he doesn't like to fight, he'll fight fiercely if what he cares about is threatened. He resents the stereotype that pearlcatchers are cowards and snobs. Ayar tells him that people get the wrong impression because the pearl catchers that are native to the light realm are kinda snooty and many are more than a little spoiled. But since they were both hatched in the Scarred Wasteland and traveled the world their life experiences have made them flexible in their thinking and to not take offence to the ignorance. He is happy they decided to move to the Sea of a Thousand Currents, who doesn't like water? He was worried about the library but nothing got soggy or damaged. How does the Tidelord do that?

His biggest fear in life is losing Ayar. It isn't that he couldn't go on without him, it's just that he wouldn't want to. Life wouldn't be worth the trouble without Ayar.
