Vera grew up with stories of her aunt, Faithfulness, and other stories of valiant knights fighting for what is right. She also grew up with stories of great evil, such as the dragons who kidnapped her clanmate Shula for her feathers. She seeks to erase this kind of wrong from Sornieth, and travels to defend the innocent and combat wrong amongst all elements.
Vera and her grandmother write letters back and forth, where Vera shares stories of her travels and confides her insecurities to her. This is her story.
((If you are getting mildly evil vibes from Perseverance, you would be right. She would much rather fight and kill than negotiate with anything or anyone she deems evil, even when the other side has surrendered. Dear Grandmother,
I hope a second letter wasn't too surprising. I'm sure mother has told you I would be writing, but I am Perseverance, her daughter and your granddaughter. My mother told be some of the stories you told her when she was young, and they inspired me like they inspired her. We're leaving my birthclan, Virilux, today. I'm ready for whatever is ahead mentally, but I wish I was more physically prepared. I won most of the mock battles with Geddoe, but I only won about half the time against my mother. I hope I become stronger before I truly need to fight. Mother says I shouldn't have to fight for a while, but with how much is stirring across Sornieth, I believe she is wrong. I wish you good health, and I hope you do not mind receiving my letters.

* Please, please don't exalt Vera if you can help it at all. I'll (EmeraldJubilee) gladly take her back and send her off again if you run out of room. Give a ___ get a ___ threads are common places where dragons get exalted as well, so it'd be a good idea to keep her in Dragons Off to See the World. If something urgent comes up and you have to exalt her, I'd really appreciate it if you could copy-paste her complete bio first and send it to me so all her lore isn't lost (don't worry - I won't attack you or anything if you admit you exalted her, I understand).
