oeOqhj8.png As Sornieth's first festival of the new year, the Brightshine Jubilee serves to illuminate the way to prosperity and good fortune in the days to come. In the year of 2018, the residents of Sunbeam Ruins have cleared its fields of weeds and planted vines of Sweet Peas to spiral on the old marble columns. They represent departure from, gratitude, and appreciation for the year that has passed. Since the Light flight is widely known for their finance and lavish lifestyles, they have also grown vibrant Marigolds as a reflection of their main focus being the warmth of the sun and the flow of riches that keeps Sornieth's economy alive. Lastly, Sunflower seeds were sown into the earth of the Ruins and with them the hope for longevity, loyalty, and happiness to shine upon all eleven Flights.

While our clan did not participate in this event due to aiding the Ice Flight in their dominance, the Sunbeam Ruins was lit with awe and excitement during these warm summer nights. The fireflies woke to the cicadas' song, dancing among the gathered flights. Acolights chased these little bugs around and crafted lovely lanterns using their glow before releasing them once dawn broke.
