Observations & Notes: Artemis was born on Beltaine, the seasonal festival marking the beginning of summer. During this night, the veil between the worlds is thin, especially when it coincides with a full moon. Artemis hatched to the rhythmic tunes of drums and flutes celebrating the beginning of summer, the light of huge bonfires reflecting in her eyes.
She is a wild and free spirit who cannot be tamed. Unlike her scholarly brother, she loves to roam the forests and hunt game. She is a very skilled tracker and huntress who will not let her prey escape. Her parents are often afraid she might overestimate herself and bite off more than she can chew but any attempts to keep her within the safe boundaries of the Sanctuary have failed. Grudgingly, they have accepted the feral nature of their daughter.
Artemis has not yet invoked her runes, but she displays extremely heightened senses (smell, hearing and sight) as well as uncanny reflexes and strength. It is likely that invoking her runes will enhance those abilities even further. I cannot be sure yet if she inherited any of her parents magical or soothsaying abilities, but then I hardly ever get a chance to study her. Thus, further observation and caution is advised.
