» Sybil is the queen of the second ring of Hell, and rules along side her husband, Deimos. She was originally from one of the many noble houses of Hell and married into the royal family when she caught the young prince's eye at a banquet.

» She is known for her cunning and sharp wit just as much as she is her beauty. And although she often comes off as demure and passive when in public, every person who is someone in Hell knows that she is everything but.

» Her place as queen was not secured simply because of her pretty face. Deimos was quick to catch onto Sybil's true nature, and took advantage of how intelligent she was. He confides in her about everything, and whole-heartedly trusts her every opinion regarding politics and decision making.

» Since becoming queen, many men and women alike have tried making moves on Sybil, hoping to wiggle their way into her good graces, as it is not uncommon practice for nobles and royalty in Hell to take concubines. They do not, however, count on Sybil's pure and true dedication to her husband, and are all shut down before they can even really start.

» She and Deimos are probably the most functional ruling couple in Hell, and possibly the only ones truly in love with each other. This makes them a dangerous force to be reckoned with as they genuinely have one another's back and share the same goals and ideologies.
