Finch

Originally from the Viridian Labyrinth, he left to find his own place in the world. He joined up with a group of merchants and traveled Sornieth, doing odd jobs and learning different skills. Life was good, until his closest friends signed up to work in the Crystalspine Reaches. Their contract was only for a few months, mining in the mountains and even learning a bit about Arcane energy. But the harsh conditions and long hours weren't worth the pay they received.
Finch himself had not signed up for this job, but had continued trading in the area. He witnessed the scarcity of common resources, the overpriced food and workers with hours too long to spend time hunting themselves. The few families who owned the mines also owned fishing rights and farms. While he was making more than he ever had running goods from nearby territories, he understood the divide between him and his friends. He offered to share what he earned with them, but even what he made wasn't enough to provide for all four of them.
He began to lose hope as his friends did, longing for their contract that was more of a prison sentence to end. That was when he met Prosperity. Or rather, when Prosperity stole from him.
Finch's traveling alone made him an easy target, but Prosperity wasn't prepared for how clever Finch is. Finch's Fuiran was guarding his supplies, and Prosperity was discovered. Knowing he'd lose a fight, Finch instead struck up a conversation with the thief. They decided they were on the same side after all, and Finch began to aid Prosperity in his efforts against the rich.
As Prosperity's right hand, Finch acted as a spy, medic, and scout. Any fighting was left to Prosperity. With Finch's partnership, Prosperity's "redistribution" became even more successful.
On the fateful day Prosperity was finally discovered and captured, he didn't give up Finch's name. This left Finch on his own to save Prosperity from execution. He gathered the exploited workers, and set them on strike. All working together, they took shifts hunting, and stopped all machines and mining. Then they destroyed mine entrances, fishing ships, and burned fields. The day of Prosperity's execution was fast approaching, and Finch convinced the dragons to storm the lairs of the wealthy. With the distraction, Finch was able to sneak in and free Prosperity.
They couldn't go back to the workers, with how Prosperity was wanted. So he said his farewells to his friends, and he and Prosperity fled to the Shrieking Wilds. They joined a clan Finch had become well acquainted with when he traded. And they've resided in the rainforest happily since.[/center]
