Brightwind

The newest spy in Flaremist, you won't see him until its too late. Brightwind is an efficient stalker and expert in intimidation. But don't let his job and appearance fool you. He's actually a very nice guy and care deeply for his family, especially Viol who he sees as a little brother. When he has time to relax, he likes to curl up by forge fires and take a well-earned nap.

He dresses like a manticore (or chimera?) in order to appear more intimidating.

• Using his natural colors and dark clothes, Brightwind is able to move swiftly through the waters under full camouflage. He keeps close to the shadows and deep end in order to gather intel from rival clans and the Beast Clans. If found, he digs up a sand-smokescreen and books it back into hiding so he can continue his mission. His best work is done at dusk and dawn.
• When not on duty, he has big cravings. So it was only natural that he learn how to cook so he wouldn't bug Quartz for late-night snacks. He became so good at cooking that other dragons wanted him to quit his spy job to be a full-time chef.

Taken from his nest soon after hatching, the young Skydancer wasn't sure what to think when his clan leader Ivette took him from his parents. Growing up under her wing was tough. He was worked and trained day in and day out until he was able to move like the wind and ease into the shadows.

For a long while he was called "New Favor" in place of a name. Without needing to say it, Ivette had chosen her new heir and he had little say in the matter. Training under Nox, he became an expert spy before reaching adulthood and earned his dark garb after learning of Beast Clan attacks that could threaten the flight.

As reward for showing valor and skill, the Skydancer boy was named Brightwind.
