xxxxxA lone desert scavenger, Harper hurries from one safe spot to the next. For the most part he keeps to the northern part of the Highland Scrub, and up as far as the Hewn City. Harper holds very little allegiance with any one dragon clan, although he visits several throughout his journeys, and is willing to trade whatever trinkets and treasures he finds along the way -- though he does tend to have an eye for especially shiny trinkets, which he keeps a small, travel-size hoard of.

xxxxxVery little can convince Harper to linger in one place for long, but if he had to name one dragon who could, it would be Gost. Likeminded wanderers, Harper and Gost ambled into each other in the Hewn Ruins once, and being the first other dragon that Harper had seen in several lonely months, the Obelisk quickly became an obsession. Despite Gost's initial disinterest, even it grew to enjoy Harper's constant chattering, and after a few short weeks the two of them became next to inseparable.
