A glowing blue egg was stolen from a nest, but found it's way in a plague-filled boneyard. A mirror couple took in the egg. A small tundra hatched, but soon scrolled himself as a spiral after he had found the parchment off a rotting corpse. He learned from his "parents" how to survive the ever growing contagion. It wasn't long before bits of his magic kicked in and he made skeletal friends to help in his schemes. However, it was a whole new fascination once his caretakers passed. Their deaths meant new toys. As he matured, he left the plague-ridden lands and moved to Wildgarde. The locals treated him with respect and some paid him for his services because he could take care of others quickly and quietly. Because he was so effective at his job, he quickly increased in rank and became Wildgarde's dictator. Now everyone answers to him.

Also, be careful not to look at his third eye on his forehead. It's known to kill in a second.
