A Fae-only Subspecies
At the end of each month, during that month’s Elemental Festival, these tiny, merry Faes gather themselves altogether and travel all across Sornieth to spread love, kindness, and joy… through music! Though Festival Fae cannot speak in regular draconic languages, they have all been blessed with a most beautiful bird-like voice that even the eleven great Deities find themselves tuning into.
