He (as well as Bolaavtu, the mate of patriarch Tirithran) are still considered leaders of the clan. everyone else in the clan calls these four Tundra "The Four" because they are the four Tundra that lead Clan Dovah.

Zeim is very easy going and tolerant when it comes to decisions. Many dragons use this by going to him with their issues to see if he will give them a more favorable outcome. too bad for them that they do not seem to understand that he doesn't make any decision regarding the clan without discussing it with Belva. He's just better and giving out the (sometimes) bad news and when the news goes in their favor they seem to think it is because he likes them. :)
