Mercutio is a witchdoctor young and full of wonder for the intricate history behind his craft. Volatile and slightly out of balance with himself, he seeks to experiment with his work rather than abide by the rules and written portions of it. His concoctions and wares are whispered about among the other dragons, who all agree that he gives Echovial a run for his treasure.

Being of a bogsneak line, Mercutio has no trouble getting his claws on ingredients and making less than savory deals with more dangerous dragons to achieve his goals. The only thing keeping him from leaning into chaotic evil territory is Oforcei, the studio-ghibli-esque pilot that he's fallen for. She convinced the rest of the lair to let Mercutio stay with them after an incident with Echovial and Mercutio.

Before he was with the lair, Mercutio would often work an underground shop similar to Baldwin's but far more sinister. He happened upon a very unruly customer who turned out to be Echovial. Had it not been for Onis stepping in (she had accompanied him that day), the two would have torn eachother to pieces. Her bubbly suggestion of bringing Mercutio home somehow worked, as Oforcei vouched for him to stay upon meeting him. He has remained here doing work for the lair ever since.
