The Blacksquall Tributary is made up of a small archipelago of islands. The islands are in the process of being connected by tunnels beneath the water- tunnels that will provide transportation for the flightless and extra storage for the vaults.

But the creation of these tunnels is for more than just storage.

is the leader of a patrol of guards dedicated to guarding the part of the clan that dwells below the waves. He and his soldier clanmates lost their home to a raging maelstrom that killed all but a few of them. They offer their protection to the fledgling clan in return for a place to stay.

When the tunnels are finished, they will be the ones to dwell there. Right now they dwell above the water, but the air dries out their water-adapted scales. They prefer to live in the deep waters, but dragons still need oxygen after all. The tunnels will connect to rooms- rooms with runes worked around entrances to the ocean as to not allow any water into the air chambers.
