"They/them"
Finn's den is quite well hidden, if you visit the clan you'd be lucky to see them at all.
They tend to stay in thier den, which is set up in an underwater cave in the clan's hotsprings.
Being from the water flight, they feel the most comfortable in the water, and it helps them stay focused and calm. The bubbling of the hotsprings reminds them of home as well, when the tidelord would spout his prophecies, causing billions of bubbles to rise up to the surface.
Finn spends much of their time meditating, and when they're not meditating, They're spouting their own prophecies or studying omens. Whenever they come up with something worrying, they take it directly to Kireva. Thanks to their many years of practice, their predictions are usually quite accurate, though they may occasionally misinterpret them.

"That's not right, it can't be-" the snapper muttered to themselves as they finished another unsuccessful reading, carefully taking off their blindfold and assessing their materials once more.
"Everything's here, why can't I- I always-" They stuttered over their words, dumbfounded. Finn had never came up empty so many times in a row, they were a skilled oracle, they always had a prophecy, even a small, insignificant one.
The waterling tried not to panic, quickly wiping their workspace and throwing the reagents and tools they needed into a satchel. Finn rarely left their lair, deep in the clan's hot springs, unless they had a dire prophecy to pass on or they needed new supplies. They emerged unceremoniously, forgetting to breath through their nostrils rather than gills for a moment. Kireva's den wasn't too far away, so Finn headed that way to inform the guardian before they made the trip to the caves.
The green dragon smiled in greeting as she saw Finn approaching, her face quickly turning serious as she saw the snapper's troubled look.
"Good to see you out Finn, are things alright? It's been a wonderful spring, i'd hate for a bad omen to show itself now,"
"No bad omens," they stuttered quickly, "None good either, I can't see anything."
