Rules are not something Medusa likes. Or follows. She will not actively try to create havoc, but she won’t listen to anybody trying to tell her what to do and what not to do. She is not a very social creature, but does not shy away from discussions when they are needed.

Medusa enjoys talking to younger dragons more than older ones. She prefers curiosity over order. It is her own curiosity that makes her constantly rebel against the set rules. Out of interest for the unknown, and big dreams of progress and change.

One should not assume that Medusa’s rebellious nature comes from a lack of respect. She does respect other dragons, but does not accept their leadership.
Rebellion cannot exist without the feeling that somewhere, in some way, you are justified.
