NECROSIS
"The Rotted One"

Stolen from her Arcane home when she was just an egg, Necrosis was never meant for a life in The Scarred Wasteland. When her egg was placed in the pools of infectious slime in which all Plague eggs incubate, the shell began to burn and dissolve. The sickness took her young form and seeped into her wings, turning her vibrant feathers dark, and rotten. After this her new clanmates didn't expect her to survive, fearing she would be too weak to make it through the night. Miraculously, her little body pushed on, keeping herself alive, but just barely, for days. On the last day of her sickness, her ailment suddenly disappeared and a strange pattern of bones appeared all along her body. It is said throughout her clan that she was blessed by The Plaguemother herself, given the gift of life for her amazing will to survive at such a young age.

Growing up, Necrosis fought hard to prove herself worthy of this blessing. She frequently exposed herself to dangerous diseases to increase her immunity to them. While she did survive these multiple exposures, she did not have the natural resistance as Plague dragons do. It left her scarred and burned, marring her iridescent hide with hideous festering wounds and exposed bone. Over time, her claws became dangerous carriers of infection, and are now her greatest weapon. (Tho her cleaver definitely helps)

She now studies under Thornbane as a priestess of The Plaguebringer.
