  An expert on lunar cycles and the translation of moon runes. From the tallest spires of the karakale, there is an unobscured view of the pale moon. Ephyra wakes at dusk, the silver glow her sunlight, and studies the cosmos from the frost-rimed terrace that hangs over the snowy peaks.

Her occupation is accused of being fraudulent, her appointment nothing more than tradition. Still, many a noble darken her door to provide answers to pressing questions, to read the fate in the spinning stars. Once per lunar cycle she visits the lowlands to meet with the farmers, sharing with them the future of their crops and livestock. She is solitary, and only attends parties thrown by the nobility if there is to be music and dancing.
