B I O G R A P H Y

Oblivian

______ Personality:
Since he never met his parents and lived alone most of his life when he was younger, he learned to be fearless and self-sufficient, and though he loves Windeer Lair his true home is out in the world, adventuring with only the wind to guide him. He will sometimes sneak away after dinner and sit on Sinafer Cliff, staring out into the world. He would fly away and into the wilderness where no one could find him, but he has a clan to take care of, which is just as important to him.


______ Backstory:
Oblivian never met his parents, remembering only the wind against him when he arrived to our world. That's why he feels so connected to the wind, following it and enjoying it's company better than anyones'. He had no name for a long time, but one day the wind gave him a suggestion from the stars, a name only worth suting a warrior. Oblivian.

He traveled around the world in search of somewhere to live from the day he was awoken by the wind. He became an amazing fighter along his journey, fighting anything that stepped in his way. He also learned to survive the world alone, finding shelter and food.

One day, he was walking a steady pace through the Plague lands, and a group of Ridgbacks, who called themselves the Ironthunders, attacked him out of nowhere. They wore skulls over their faces and each had a different colored sash that was strung about them. He was completely unprepared, but he still fought well. They outnumbered him though, and they took him captive and brought him far across the Plague land to a deep cave in the Plague cliffs. He was put infront of the Ironthunders' leader, Japaraz, and Oblivian tried to struggle free. But the Ironthunders kept him tight, and even if he did escape their grip he would never have had a chance to run out with so many of them. Japaraz made him his slave, and was put to work in the pitch black cave along with five other innocent dragons. A female Fae, Carlianara, a male Skydancer, Nilaan, a male Coatl, Izpin, a female Wildclaw, Acran, and a male Spiral, Eblis. Oblivian was given his own skull mask and a worn-out green sash with fainted purple outlines.

He became close friends with each of the dragons who had also been taken captive. Acran got wiped much more than any of the others because she always wondered off into her daydreams of a land covered with green and blue. She had been raised in the Plague land and taken captive by the Ironthunders at a very young age. Eblis was a trickster, and once he almost escaped from the Ironthunders' cave by sneaking under their guards legs and covering their masksas he went passed, but the Ironthunders were quick and they caught him before he reached the door. He was from the Shadow lands, and had been sent to live with the Shadowbinder when he was newly born, which is how he got his amazing trickster abilities. He had been out for a quick walk when the Ironthunders caught him. Nilaan being hard-working and strong, was the Ironthunders' favorite slave. But if you got to know him he's actually a very kind, look-on-the-bright-side Nature dragon. Having been living in the Light land where he could fly above the world, the deep, black cave was very hard for Izpin. He mostly just pretended to work when the guards were watching, but he mainly just stood there and longed for the open air. And then there was Carlianara. She's bright eyed and funny when you get to know here, but on the outside she just seems like a grave, overgrown Fae. She had com from the Wind lands, and she had recently been captured by the Ironthunders. Oblivian took a deep shining to her when he came to the Ironthunders' lair, and she would laugh her sweet, silent laugh when she saw him staring at her.

Oblivian was forced to work for the Ironthunders for two years, and was almost starved to death once. Another time he was so badly abused that he almost died from infected cuts. But the Ironthunders didn't let their slaves die, only because they were too lazy to go out and get more slaves if one died. Spiders had made their homes over his wings, but he never got annoyed by them, because they kept him company while he worked hard in the caves, digging away to make the Ironthunders' lair bigger.

One night, as dark and breezeless as ever, Oblivian had almost fallen asleep, when he was awoken by a slight poke in his back. He didn't figure out what it was for a long while until his eyes finally ajusted, and he found next to him a small, very old Moonlight Fungi. It tapped on him again and then walked over to a small hole at the far edge of the small place where he and the other dragons slept. He woke up the other five dragons who had been taken slaves with him, and quietly they all snuck out of the Ironthunders' lair. The Ironthunder guards woke up though when Izpin stepped on a bone on his way out. The guards immeadietly took action and grabbed Izpin. The others ran out of the cave and ran as fast as they all could to follow the Moonlight Fungi, who was actually extremely fast, except Oblivian, who stayed right outside the hole, staring back to his lost friend, until Nilaan came back and grabbed him.

Oblivian traveled with the four other dragons who had survived the Ironthunders' lair, following the Moonlight Fungi, who introduced himself to be Abalenses when they had been safe from the Ironthunders, wherever he went.

Later on they were attacked by a group of Guardians, and they all fought them off in the end, but Eblis died in battle.

Once they reached the end of the Plague land they came upon a beautiful, green, animal-filled land, and they immeadietly rolled in the beautiful, rich grass and drank form the pure, fresh water.
As they wondered on in the beautiful, windy land they found the most amazing, magical place with a cave that was perfect to fit Oblivian, Carlianra, Nilaan, and Acran, along with Abalenses. But Acran said that now since she was free from the hot, sickening desert, she wanted to adventure the Wind lands, which they had arrived in, and find her own home.

Carlianra became Oblivian's forever-mate once they all settled in, and they all agreed that their lair should be called Windeer Lair. Oblivian kept the outfit he'd been given in the Ironthunders' lair for rememberence of that time.

They never heard from or saw Izpin again, and for all they new, he could be dead. Acran never visited, but sometimes they got letters from her saying that she was doing fine. Though Oblivian always keeps strong and shows true leadership for his growing clan, he'll always miss them inside.
