Biography

Recent and resident usurper to the Plaguebite Clan. Being weary of the rigors of "protecting his territory" and "hunting" he's recently taken up pet ownership in the form of this pack of easily impressed of mirrors. Won his right in a suspiciously unfair bout and assumed command only to immediately delegate responsibility to his new underlings. Rougan is most often found lounging in his favorite mire or basking in the dim light that filters down into the sauna-like expanse of rotting undergrowth he calls his own. He's kept appraised of the Clan's business by Sejak and Gulai, leaving him to do little but rake in the benefits of young mirrors vying for his favor and plot the expansion and retention of his new holdings.
