Sneeple

This species possesses its vocal cords externally, atop its head it various ringlike formations. It is able to vibrate this ring at will whenever wind passes through it, and uses this to communicate to other pack-oriented animals of its kind. These small, dog-like pack animals are overpopulated, and roam around their windswept planet. The planet is a frequent tourist hotspot due to the docile nature of these creatures, and the pleasant humming, chirping, and singing sounds that sweep through the breeze. The sounds are comparative to low-frequency wind chimes. These animals are not very fast due to their strange anatomy. Possible explanations for webbed toes could be the underground chambers of this planet, which house most of the planet's water supplies. They prey on smaller insects, but are known to also steal food from tourists, or charm their way to food by begging or performing tricks.
