Biography
Green-eyed child of the sea, he is filled with the pulse of the tides. Exchanged body for body in a clan alliance, he is nothing but content to be deep in the sea--so deep that light never reaches and the water's pressure is a crushing hug--so deep that it takes more than a day to reach the surface if he chooses to visit his father's clan.
But he is happy, and the Tidelord whispers to him in tiny, popping bubbles.

No... no! Why were they leaving the sea? How could they abandon their god?!
Augaen could do nothing, nothing, without risking the alliance between his birthclan and the clan he'd come to call home. But he writhed to leave his beloved waters, and he itched as his fur dried salty for the last time.
It was a very long walk across the world's face to get to the great tree. He looked up at it, baleful. He had never wanted to go back to the Gladekeeper. So much green and so many bugs, algae riddling the water with slick lime coatings... no. No, no, no. Anywhere but here.
His fellow Tundras try to soothe him, not understanding his distress, and he breaks from them in a restrained fury. He is commanded to be calm, and only barely can he obey.
But the sea... the sea, the glorious sea... has been stolen from him, and Augaen froths.
