Little is known about Vernon's past, she simply showed up to the Guild's door one day and requested to join, dodging all questions about herself. A quiet dragon she rarely speaks unless somebody strikes up a conversation with her, most of the time keeping her answers to a nod or shake of the head or monosyllabic answers. Some theorize that the wolf pelt she carries is a hunt trophy, others think it might have belonged to a once beloved companion, the truth is only known to her.

Despite her quiet and reserved nature, her apparently unlimited reserve of energy is put to good use in her hunting sessions: relentlessly chasing her prey, she won't stop until it either collapses or she kills it. The erratic flight and movement patterns of spiral dragons are quite useful for an unpredictable hunting and fighting style, allowing her to catch any prey she puts her eyes on.
