Neptune is the king of this lair. His queen, Nabiki, is the light of his life. They inspire all members of the lair with their love and compassion. He enjoys spending time with the young of the lair. He reads them ancient texts and documents. King Neptune is very intelligent. He teaches the hatchlings all about Lightweaver and the other deities. He loves reptiles and fish- his buttersnake familiar is his favorite. When angered, his rage is frighteningly quiet. He can silence those that cause problems in his lair with a single look. He has never fought in the coliseum, but his dragons enjoy gossiping about just what he is truly capable of. They secretly hope to never see him provoked enough to act on his supposed fighting skills.
