Named after the orisha of all plant-life, healing and magic from the Yoruba religion, comprising the traditional religious and spiritual concepts and practices of the Yoruba people. Its homeland is in present-day Southwestern Nigeria and the adjoining parts of Benin and Togo, commonly known as Yorubaland. Osanyin is known as a powerful wizard and master of all spells and crafts found in the wild and the untamed areas of nature.
