Biography

For a powerful and secretive necromancer, Serendi was surprisingly open and sweet as a hatchling. He was often called "Serenidy" by his friends because of his calm nature, soothing voice, and seemingly innate ability to stop fights and calm others. However, he always had an odd interest in the dead, and as he got older, his interest only grew. It began to overtake him, becoming more of an obsession than anything, and then he started experimenting. The more he experimented, the more he stretched away from his old self, and the less his old friends hung out with him. Nowadays, he is a completely different dragon. Serendi's movements are twitchy, almost unnatural, and his voice is raspy and almost sickly in sound. He is very detached, with an almost dead look to his eyes that make him hard to approach. Most say his change was because of the piece of Shade within him, given to him by his parents through birth, however his former friends believe that such a change is too drastic and plaguelike, even for the Shade, and hold that he was infected by some sort of disease that has eaten away at his mind over time.
