Ruto is by far the most active out of her family, as she enjoys chatting with other dragons in the clan and participating in many events while her father and brother usually stick to the sidelines. Her extroverted nature makes her the perfect caretaker for hyperactive hatchlings, though she's also the one to be most firm when discipline needs to be handed out.

She's likely inherited more from her Coatl mother than she did her father, as she also has an easier time remembering details and names than the two Tundras. But she doesn't think any less of them for it nor get insulted, and often acts as the one to remind them who's who in conversations.
