Having been an Outcast all his life, it is no surprise that the lonely lifestyle has driven Yilesh to extremes he would otherwise not have reached. He was met by the disapproval of his biological parents the moment he hatched, his red, plague-ridden eyes an unwelcome surprise to his shadow and ice parents. He was left to die but still prevailed, and while the bitterness in his heart has never disappeared, he has become a better individual because of all the challenges he has already faced. Determined to support and defend himself, Yilesh honed his fighting abilities to the point of perfection; he is nearly unbeatable with his impressive skillset. His prowess in battle then caused him to catch the interest of a certain outlaw, and Branth and him have travelled together ever since. While there was little love to be found between them at the beginning, Branth's refined upbringing and Yilesh's raw roughness hardly fitting, they learnt to tolerate and eventually love each other along the way. Loyal to a fault, Yilesh has always taken care of those whom he shadowed, and has never lost a recruit or acquaintance along the way. He now lives as an outcast together with Branth, and completes quests on the side. He supports weaker dragons on their search to greatness, and while he does not approve of this ideal, he will never voice this. |

A quiet dragon by nature, Yilesh is often considered to be cold and heartless. Yilesh is fine with this; he dislikes niceties and pleasantries when they are not deserved, and does have rather strong opinions of those who lived easier lifestyles than himself. That being said, his natural wariness also protects his more redeeming qualities. He is extremely loyal, quick and witty, and almost obsessively protective of those he loves. He will never stray too far from Branth's side. He is accompanied by a young Travelling Garden [Horace] who, while agonisingly slow at times, will always serve as a buffer in times of need. The familiar usually stays behind when Yilesh is out on quests, but never wanders far as it awaits the return of its friend. |

>YOU peek into the small lair in front of you. It is a small cave that appears to be oddly cosy and clean; a few piles of treasure have been shoved into the far corners, but it is clear that the dragons that live here do not put too much value in the materialistic. There is a Travelling Garden snoring away near a small flower patch at the entrance of the cave. It does not wake when you approach it. BRANTH> I'm sorry about the mess. We move around a lot, so we never quite get to settle in, you know? YILESH> Uh- If you want to wake up Horace, I would recommend catching a snail for him. He likes those. |

While their initial meeting happened entirely by chance and their start was nothing short of rocky, Branth and Yilesh have grown inseparable over the years. This being said, the affection seems to be coming mostly from Yilesh, who not only has no one besides Branth, but also seems to be too lenient when it comes tot he rather feisty Spiral. Their relationship is romantic in nature, and while Yilesh treats it as something exclusive, Branth does not. |
