Lost Pearl Art by the amazing Ofelia!

Luliwa is a Pearlcatcher with no pearl. It was stolen from her at a young age to be sold on the black market. (Though extremely frowned upon, Pearlcatcher pearls go for a high price in extremely secret and hard to find Pearlcatcher markets, especially for high-ranking hatchlings who've lost their pearls. Lower ranks, like Luliwa's family, are stolen from and usually go insane or simply fade away until they perish.) Ever since then, she has been listless and quiet, often seen painting herself bright pure colors to mimic the pearl she lost. Even her eyes became darker, resembling a Shadow dragon's irises.

Her Sweetpuff's name is Soma, the rumors of a Pearlcatcher making new pearls for those in need gives Luliwa hope that...perhaps one day, she too, will gain a new pearl, a new soul, instead of borrowing one to keep it maintained. She cuddles Soma whenever she can to be a replacement for a pearl. Luliwa is extremely kind and optimistic, despite the rocky start of her life. When she first met Gembender, the Tundra was abrasive and if she got too close, he'd lash out. Despite this, Luliwa is determined to assist him in any way she can, helping to rehabilitate the Tundra. She can sit close to him on a good day and that is enough for them both for now.

Luliwa is unknowingly Cloudchoir, a Runic deity along with Eonwatcher. Her powers are more focused on the weather and she influences her element by singing. The wilder and more emotional her song, the more dangerous and cataclysmic the storm.
