Hela

All Hela could hear was the skittish beat of her heart as she hid curled in behind the piles of wooden crates, her small body covered perfectly. Her breaths came in quick but silently as she tried desperately to be unseen and unheard. Talonsteps echoed throughout the space, there were so many of them. They were coming for her. She shrank back further, accidentally bumping a crate in the process. Hela froze. It tipped, it rocked, it fell.

CRASH

The talonsteps suddenly stopped.

They know.

They're getting closer. . .


Pronunciation: Hell- ah

Hela is a tempered closed off dragon and very skilled in fighting. She's built up a fiery wall to keep others out, beware, it burns to the touch. Hela met a Runescar Lynx named Ember in the Ashfall Waste starving and alone not long before she stumbled into Lumi's clan. Ember has quite a feisty personality, just like Hela, she likes that about her. Hela took Ember in slowly gaining the Lynx's trust, they now have quite a strong bond, Ember is always by her side.

Hela was trained to kill at a very young age, learning the different types of poisons and which ones are the most effective and how to use a dagger, it wasn't a pleasant way to discover the cruel side of life. But it's all she knew, she was raised by twisted dragons, well that is all she knew until she met Lumi. He's one of the few dragons she trusts. Now, this Nocturne does not trust others easily, since almost everyone she has trusted has broken that bond. Neither does she let others depend on her, she doesn't want anyone to become too attached because, as she has said every day since she arrived here, that she will eventually leave.

It has yet to happen.
