SPOOKY SCARY SKELETONS

☠ Nickname(s): Scar, Bone Momma.

☠ Mate: Spooky

☠ Hoards: Musical Instruments of all sorts

☠ Familiar: Dire Hyena "Lullaby"

☠ Personality: Not opposed to using her own exposed bones as musical devices, surprisingly cheerful for something that's literally falling apart at the joints.

As you stumble along the Abiding Boneyard you wonder when, if, you’ll ever find somewhere safe and more forgiving to rest. In the distance though, you hear something disturbingly out of place that pulls you from your thoughts. Singing? Who could find reason to sing in such a desolate place? The bizarre cacophony of happy giggling voices drives you forward until you peek over the Rotrock Rim and see them. The source is a family of Bogsneaks, their obsidian skin is sleek and light reflects off of them in an almost blinding fashion. The two adults are large enough that from this distance you notice they have strange white markings painted across their skin. Squinting to see what tribalesque scene you’ve found yourself before, you notice they are skeletal bone like markings. Not only that, but the young bogsneaks between them are cheerfully applying the same markings to themselves while eagerly waiting for whatever is going on to begin.

“Are you ready kids?”
A chorus of enthusiastic squeals erupts.
“Got your skeleton suits on?”
He’s answered with a glob of paint being flung at his nose, which he shakes off with a toothy grin.
“Honey?”
The female bobs her head as she herds the young in line.
“Alright, let's do this then!”

Immediately the family burst into what you can only assume is a well practiced routine.
The female begins tapping away at several strategically placed objects that beat out a lively tune that the young ones begin dancing to.
While the young dance the male clears his throat and begins singing loud enough to be heard clearly over the clattering of ‘instruments’ and the giggling of his dancing children.

After their song is finished the female hugs each young one to her tightly before they grab a pre packed bag and run off waving their farewells as they set off to start their own adventures that will lead them who knows where.

“Remember who you are and where you come from!” The male shouts after them with a mildly concerned look.

“SPOOKY SCARY SKELETONS!” They roar back before disappearing over the rim to who knows where.
