When he was hatched, his original family saw him as another ugly child. His colours never matched together as they breed for and when his smirch started to shine through, it made his parents abandon him in shame. He was starving and half drowned when found on the edges between the waters domain and the fires domain. The dragon that found him immediately brought him into her clan in the blacksand annex and attempted to help the little one grow up to be apart of her weird and wacky clan.

Over the years the little dagon would be named Insence after how his saviour would use some Incense to help him calm down and breathe better when flashback of his parents haunted him. His home was now with Clan Boltninja, a land full of weird and crazy events not seen outside these walls; especially the beastclans. Incense learnt and became a very peaceful dragon with a heart of gold. Incenses clan taught him the ways of a warrior, a hunter to be feared by all. The tundras taught how to sniff out prey miles away, guardians taught him how to swim and guard, wildclaws taught him to lunge, spirals taught him to sneak, skydancer taught him to fly, imperials taught him to intimidate his prey before the fight begins, the bogs taught him to keep still, the snappers taught him to read his prey movements, the pearlcatchers taught him to roar, the mirrors taught him how to save his stamina, the faces taught him some minor spells to see in the dark, the coatls taught him to hiss and puff his fur, the harpies taught him how to attack with only claws, the seriths taught him where to throw poison if needed. When all these abilities combined, he would go into almost a fit of anger, like being possessed by rage demon and always be successful with his goal, mostly ending in a fatality.

His favourite areana to go visit is the ghostlight ruins. Most of the wondering spirits don't fight him and help him find treasures from those who have perished. He especially likes the spirits that help her gain swallow armour to help cover what she still believes is ugly; her brown coloured smirch..

His armour is his safety net; stopping his anxiety from taking over her life. It is decorated with delicate sakura blossoms, as a way to keep herself calm in the heat of battle through its light scents. Like hidding under a mask, he hides his true feelings in battle, and the fact that he would rather solve issues peacefully than by spilling blood of any creature. Even in this predicament, Incense remains true to himself, and will summon all her courage and mentality to try to talk back to her opponents if he truly believes a battle is not worth fighting. Most times his opponents back down but he feels very sorry for those spirits in the ghostlight ruins that he has killed and banished there.

Incense has always been an important part in Incense's life, hence the name. On his off days, he likes to collect different types of incenses from the neighbouring lands, seeing which ones work better to assist his anxiety. Pine, jasmine, lavender and lemongrass have been some of the best when it comes to calming him down but none compare to what his saviour uses, cinnamon.

When Incense gets really anxious or has a bad day, he likes to light the same incense her savior did so long ago, go to the highest peak on the land, cuddle up in some blankets, and watch the sun slowly go down. He stays up until the moon rises, reflecting on all his actions that day, until he eventually falls asleep or feels calm enough to go find his saviour to talk to.
