Formerly a member and even a leader of Stargaze in the earliest days, Savant left for lightning lands quite a long while ago. He returned entirely changed in look, and in element, and no one is quite sure how. That being said, his true destiny as a Lightning dragon has now been realized and it's his reason for returning.

Savant still seems to greatly enjoy music. He can manipulate his flexible vocal chords to make music, sing, and mimic sounds. His vocal skills have improved to the point he can even used sound based attacks enhanced with his newfound lightning magic. He also still enjoys dancing, something Seven can appreciate as he seems to be the only other dragon in Stargaze who can cut a rug as well as she can.

His whale familiar will often sing with him using her song. For this reason he calls her Music Note. She is far, far larger than him and Savant enjoys using her as a steed through the sky when his wings grow tired.

While no longer a leader, he does closely shadow Soda as he used to, and the two have resumed a friendly relationship. His current job is to help Stargaze as a scout and peace mediator, something he excels in because of his cool head. He has come to be a trusted confidant of Soda once again. The two seem practically inseparable, as they were, though the nature of their relationship is different from their former mentor and pupil arrangement. Neither appears to mind, though Savant has noticed a marked difference in Soda's personality.

Nowadays, Savant doesn't seem to be as stoic as he formerly was as an Earth dragon, but he still maintains something of a stern exterior. There are rumors this dragon is Savant reincarnated and not his original body, but no one can confirm this despite the prospect being highly probable.
